Beware with some virtual office providers

Are you concerned about fraudulent entities using the same address as your company?

When you go to collect your mail, are you interested in meeting police officers, enforcement agents, court officials in pursuit of entities with the same address?

A virtual office can be a good solution for you or your company/association, but be very careful about the service provider you select.

Many people use virtual offices to evade the authorities or to circulate illicit products.

There are service providers who are known by the police and tax authorities for their permissiveness towards the entities they serve.

Examples of the use of virtual offices:
- aid to illegal immigration, by establishing companies with no intention of carrying out an economic activity;
- a platform for the movement of prohibited substances, such as narcotics, from outside Europe, which in some virtual offices are sent back to European destinations;
- people who present the address of a virtual office as their home address (where they live, residence), making false declarations to official authorities;
- people who don't want to receive registered mail (there are service providers who don't receive mail with proof of receipt) in an attempt to evade the authorities;
- using the address for invoicing between EU countries, simulating the fictitious movement of goods, committing tax fraud.

LXoffice is known for its practices aimed at getting to know its customers and not allowing its services to be used for fraudulent purposes.
