Hourly rental of meeting rooms


    • park your car free of charge in the building's garage during the room's booking time;
    • ‌a 3-minute walk from Telheiras subway station;
    • near the 2nd Circular, North-South and Av. Padre Cruz;
    • to use a meeting room you do not need to subscribe to any other service;
    • the minimum period of reservation is one hour;
    • in the case of using a room for recruitment interviews, candidates are welcomed and wait at the reception for the interview.

Hourly price

    • 1st hour: € 9.5 + VAT;
    • following hours: € 8/h + VAT.

(regardless of the number of users)

The minimum usage time is one hour, plus any multiple periods of half an hour (for example 1.5h booking: € 9.5 + € 4 = € 13.5 + VAT).

Operating hours

Working days, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

    • dimensions:  4.30 m x 3.30 m;
    • magnetic whiteboard wall;
    • wifi internet access;
    • air conditioning.

Optional services (VAT already included)

    • water bottle: € 1.50/unit;
    • Video projector
      • 1st hour: € 2.00;
      • next hours: 1.50/h;
    • A4 printing/photocopy: € 0.25/page;
    • A4 scanning:
      • 1 or 2 pages: € 3.00;
      • for each additional page: € 0.50.
